Very poor customer service from front desk. This is a review of staff and not the doctor. They are very unprofessional and simply rude. Took me over a week and 7 phone calls to get my medical records. The receptionist is the first impression of the business so there is my impression.

Doctor Ellen provides a highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous visit experience. Her front of house staff and nursing assistants were equally welcoming and efficient. My health issues were diagnosed and treated quickly and successfully. I highly recommend this practice.

I wish I saw the negative reviews about this doctor before making an appointment here. I had appointment with her and the only decent staff member in that office was the front desk receptionist. The medical assistant was very unprofessional, asking me questions and making comments about things that were not relevant to my visit and pretending as if she knew better than me. Now the doctor has absolutely horrible bedside manner and made me so uncomfortable. Throughout the entire appointment she made me feel judged and jumped to conclusions without asking me questions. She insisted on getting information from a different doctor I haven't seen yet and expressed herself in a way as if I was being punished. And on top of that prescribed medication that my insurance does not cover and did not bother to get prior authorization. I called the office to let her know and she has not gotten back to me. I do not recommend that you get services here.

Dr. Levan and her staff are the best! I have been going to her practice for years now, and the office moves like clockwork, with minimal wait time. Dr. Levan herself is very through, methodical, and compassionate. Her online portal is also a very big plus, showing your whole history with her office with detailed notes. I think it's hard to find doctors who are as well-versed, well-rounded and genuinely caring like Dr. Levan is, so I consider myself very lucky that I've found her. I highly recommend to everyone.

Dr. Levan is a very caring and compassionate physician. She shares her professional expertise and experiences with her patients and their families in a positive and productive manner. Her level of knowledge in medicine has been very reassuring and comforting. Great office staff as well. I would highly recommend her to patients.
