If your looking for a new BFF , don't go to Dr. Somers. if you are looking for a Dr. who doesn't pull punches and gets right to the root of things, then go to this facility. I have never had a problem with the support staff or nurses. I am taken quickly and without a lot of fanfare. They are Dr's NOT social workers. Some people may consider her attitude curt. I consider it as, don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. She has always treated me with respect. There is more to life than spending it at the Dr's office. However, the reception area can REALLY use a face lift.

From the phone call to arriving to my appointment was very disappointing. First, I was accused of wanting medication when i don't even like taking medication. Just as I thought, at my appointment, the doctor was not taking any of my concerns with my health serious. I went to another doctor, and instantly she sent me to get blood work done, xrays, and get physical therapy started. I'm getting better results with a doctor who actually hears her patients out. I don't recommend this specific doctor, maybe the other doctors in that office are better but Dr. Somer is not a doctor I would like to deal with. Staff wasn't too bad. Receptionist was a bit unprofessional but no one is perfect! :)

Dr.Nancy C. Summers is a caring doctor and your treated professionally starting at the front window. Prices are reasonable and she takes time to listen. The office is very easy to get to, plenty of free parking n handicap parking available. First floor for patients that don't do to well w steps.

Dr Somer and her staff are awesome. She helped me come back from horrible health issues and always listens as long as I need her to. She IS no nonsense, but it works.

Probably two of the worst doctors I've ever met. One who diagnosed a serious disease without a simple test only to find out 4 days later it's negative, and the other who called a patient at work to try and intimidate them to not sue because of 4 days of hell. Run away fast.
