Nicholas Tullo, MD

I drove a couple hours to see Dr. Tullo since I read that he specialized in POTS ...and he did not disappoint! He was extremely kind and really took his time to sit down with me and provide easy to understand explanations and answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed at any point and he spent just about an hour with me. He was very knowledgeable, and I would defiantly recommend him. His assistant was very nice as well!

Dr. Tullo is truly the best doctor I've seen (and I've seen a lot!) He has absolutely wonderful bedside manner and takes time to listen to his patients. He picked up on symptoms that were dismissed or missed by other doctors for years, made sure I had the right tests done, and took the time to help me get an accurate diagnosis. Despite being a cardiologist, he looked at the whole body and all symptoms in totality which is not very common in my experience when seeing a specialist. He was great about educating me on my condition - providing me with literature and things I could read - and gave me practical ways I could improve my quality of life and control my symptoms. Thanks to Dr. Tullo for being awesome - we need more doctors like him in this world!

I first scheduled an appointment in April 2025 for early September 2025. While that was a long lead time for an initial consultation, I figured it was best to secure a spot. On September 17, 2025, I received a call regarding my upcoming appointment on September 22. I was informed that the doctor would not be available, which I completely understand. What was upsetting, however, was learning that the next available appointment would not be until February 2026--nearly ten months after my initial outreach. I feel bad that the staff has to deliver this kind of news and deal with the frustration of patients like me, but the overall scheduling process is extremely discouraging.

I don't often take the time to write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my incredible experience with Dr. Tullo. He is, without a doubt, the most compassionate and dedicated physician I have ever encountered. Where others have failed to provide answers, Dr. Tullo consistently delivers thoughtful and well-informed solutions to my condition. He takes the time to listen, understand, and makes sure I receive the care I need. His expertise and kind-hearted approach have been the sole reason I have been able to diagnose and manage my Dysautonomia/POTS. Unlike other doctors who have dismissed my concerns as psychological, Dr. Tullo reassured me that my condition is very much real and has worked tirelessly to address my symptoms and help me control them, and continues to help me create plans to manage my symptoms as they alter. I am beyond grateful to have found such an exceptional doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and extremely knowledgeable care.

Dr. Tullo is nothing short of amazing. For anyone with heart issues or possible POTS syndrome, he is highly educated on this topic and has written publications. After suffering with unfounded heart rate and breathing issues for a few years, and a decline in my condition, I drove 2 hours to see Dr. Tullo as he came highly recommended. He took an HOUR of time with me after diagnosing my condition, to fully explain it and recommend treatment. Never once did he make me feel like my questions were silly or that my concerns werent valid, like I have felt in the past. I have started the treatment and I have already noticed a difference. If I had to choose a con about my visit, it would be that I didn't know about him sooner. He made me have hope that I will feel like a human being again. Highly highly recommend to anyone.
