I don't normally do Google reviews, but when I saw these I had to add my experience. I'm a fan of Dr. Goldberg and his team. He is quick and high energy, both of which I like. He quickly zooms in on relevent data and presents issues and options in ways that I could understand. I switched to him from another cardiologist for these reasons. My experience with his office staff has been excellent. The wait time was minimal. I was quickly in and out. Meets all of my expectation.
Dr. Goldberg treated my mother in law as an emergency room patient. He was rude, rushed and more interested in schooling me on why we shouldn't have brought my mother in law to the ER (her primary doctor told us to take her) and why she should come to his office as an outpatient. My mother in law is home bound and in a wheelchair and it is impossible to lift her into a car to visit a doctor. When I told Dr Goldberg about the challenge of outpatient visits...he nastily said he couldn't help me. When I asked him to order a covid test before she was discharged- he wouldn't...my mother in law lives in a 550 sq ft apartment w my 92 yr old, diabetic, father in law putting him at risk if she were exposed. No compassion. No kindness. Self absorbed/ only motivation was to gain a client.
I had taken my mom to see Dr. Goldberg as the ER recommended the practice. He was short and abrupt with her which made her extremely nervous which also made her forget a lot of facts. He got mad if either of us interrupted him. Overall, not a good experience at all. I would not recommend him.
Please do yourselves a favor and stay far far away from this office as possible. Prior reviews who left poor reviews are right. Front desk people in particularly, Kathy, is very combative with very poor and nasty attitude. One day they tell you one thing and then the next they tell you something entirely different to their benefit. They do not care about their patients, it's the patients fault when inaccurate information is being provided. Don't waste your time.
