Consultants In Cardiology

This office is amazing (especially Dr. Tullo and Jess the nurse practitioner). I'm surprised about the amount of poor reviews. I will say scheduling can be difficult and Dr. Tullo books out months in advance but they are well worth it. I'm a nurse myself and the care goes above and beyond what I'm used to in most outpatient settings. During my first appt with Dr. Tullo r/t POTS diagnosis, he spent a ton of time with me going over my medical history in depth, explaining my diagnosis and going over treatment options. My second appt was with Jess the NP and she was equally amazing and attentive. I see a lot of reviews about the ancillary staff being rude but I actually find the staff (front desk, nurses, etc) to be super friendly and helpful.

I just had a wonderful experience here. I have extreme doctor anxiety and the staff was SO kind. Dr. Tullo was AMAZING. He really took his time and explained everything so well to me. I highly recommend this place. It was worth the wait to see Dr. Tullo. I left feeling very well taken care of.

Wish I could give zero stars. I initially called to schedule an appointment last August and was told I cannot get seen by Dr. Tullo until October. Fine, whatever- I set the appointment up. When it came closer to my appointment, I had a very scary family emergency and when I called to reschedule, the woman on the phone had a nasty attitude and was trying to make me feel bad about cancelling and trying to reschedule 72 hours in advance. Fast forward to just last week, I had to call and cancel due to personal reasons and the same woman answered the phone. I didn't receive a greeting whatsoever - she answered the phone and said "What do you need" I proceeded to tell her my circumstance and AS I WAS SPEAKING, she cut me off very abruptly and in a nasty tone said, "wow I can't believe you. Do you realize how hard it is to fill appointments? ugh.. you're appointment is cancelled, bye." and hung up the phone. I found out about an hour later, that same woman called my emergency contact to complain about me. VERY unprofessional, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Called Consultants in Cardiology office, and was met with a receptionist who put me on "brief hold" (i could not even respond before she did so, she was very quick to cut me off). I am on hold with them for over 10 minutes, so i hang up thinking they forgot about me on hold. I call back the office right after i hang up, and VOILA! They all went on "Lunch". Never in my life have i dealt with an office like this. i will not recommend this place to anyone.

This office is the best. Dr. Harback is my cardiologist and he is fantastic. Very caring, explains things well & really puts me at ease. And the office staff are as helpful and pleasant as can be, including everyone the testing department. Staff is very responsive, too. I really appreciate all of them!
