Very unprofessional office. 1. Made an initial appt. over a month in advance. 2. Gave them my insurance info at the time. 3. Came for my appointment, (early). 4. lady at the front said she is not sure they are in-network and she has to call the insurance company to make sure. 5. Supposedly were on hold with my insurance company FOR AN HOUR, during which time I just had to wait there, and could not be seen. I took time off work for this appointment, was supposed to start at 10am, and at 11am, I left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEIR JOB is to check the insurance BEFORE the appointment to ensure the appointment happens on time. Seeing all these other terrible ratings, I'm so glad I left and now have a referral for a different cardiologist.

Worst place, the doctor is really disrespectful the way he talks to his patients shouldn't be acceptable, he has a constant attitude, he rolls his eyes like a child, they make appointments for no reason my father had to wait an hour which is ridiculous, Dr told my dad when my dad asked why so long "if you don't want to be seen you can leave" something among those lines my dad was just over the disrespect. Also the two ladies in the front spend more time talking to themselves than actually doing their job, asked for something so simple they walk back and forth, chatting about other patients and just wasting time. They're as rude as the Dr. The disrespect shouldn't be tolerable, My dad had been going to another cardiologist and loves it the Dr is much nicer and gentle with him really responsible, respectful and CARING like a real Dr should be with us patients.

The worst experience I can possibly describe. The doctor himself has an attitude with patience, the staff has to constantly apologize for his attitude. Also, they make appointments at 9:00 am and have you waiting there an hour with no problem. I also had an incident with the doctor in, where the hospital staff miss scheduled a test and the doctor called me with the worst attitude screaming at the phone saying he is not getting paid to wait for me. Also, the medications he prescribed me, ended up causing me more problems I had to suspend them. If you want to be treated like a person DONT GO THERE!!!

If I can give this a ZERO star I would . The doctor is sweet and kind but the ladies in the office are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The doctor needed to have a procedure done in on my husband and the doctor told my husband we will wait until the insurance approves it and then have an appointment made. The ladies in the front took it upon themselves to make the appointment without having the approval from the insurance like the doctor had said. THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, they call my husband from the office at 4:55 (FIVE MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING) to let my husband know they procedure hasn't been approved yet. We told them it was unprofessional of them to call the day before giving that my husband had already taken the day off and they were already closing. After speaking with the insurance , they told us they were waiting on information from the doctors office in order to approve the procedure which the insurance claims the doctors office never sent. Not only were they wrong for waiting till last minute to notify us, apart from that they wanted to give us attitude and speak to us as if it was our fault. The lady I spoke with wouldn't even let me get a word in My husband missed a day of work with out pay for other peoples incompetence . I do not recommend this place at all unless you want to get spoken bad to by people that Are not doing their job correctly but want to blame the patient.

DR LUIS A GONZALES IS A GREAT DR AND A GREAT HUMAN BEING. HE HAS BEEN OUR CARDIOLOGIST FOR MANY YEARS NOW AND WE PUT WITH FAITH OUR LIVES ON HIS HANDS WE LOVE HIM AND RESPECT HIM DEEPLY. HIS FACILITY IS A NICE PLACE AND HIS TEAM VERY KIND AND FAMILIAR.
