I was very satisfied with Dr Pierson and used him for many years. Dealing with his office staff became problematic. I would go for a scheduled appointment and the office was closed and I received no warning of this. Another appointment I got a call to reschedule the last minute. I went to have a scheduled echocardiogram and the person who administers it was not there and I had to come back the next day. Because of his very unprofessional staff I had to seek another doctor.

Dr Pierson asked about my vaccination status then proceeded to tell me he recommends his patients not get it because "it's so dangerous". He told me how booster shots are a scam because once you're immune, that never goes away and topped it all off with "we're being lied to on so many levels". A cardiologist should know better than to give advice on subjects (virology, immunology) for which he has no training, and any doctor should know better than to spout conspiracy nonsense.

I love Dr. Pearson. He was my parents doctor and now he's mine. I think he's great. However, his office staff never have the phone turned on. I can't tell you how many times I've called says the office is open but yet no one's answering the phone.

Dr. Pierson is a very competent Cardiologist. He gives you the required time, listens to your concerns and history, and gives his expert opinion taking into account the patient as a whole and not just symptoms pertaining to his specialty. He is not an alarmist. Highly Recommend.

When I walked in, the office staff were unmasked and not following covid protocols. The staff was rude and standoffish - obviously not following best practices during the pandemic. No sanitizer anywhere, the office looked dingy and dirty, I felt very unsafe. I wanted to walk out but I very much needed this test and already took off work to get it. The echocardiogram technician was rough, literally digging the wand into my chest hard and hurting me. Barely spoke to me at all and did not explain what she was doing. I'm disgusted I had to go to this office at all. I'll be complaining to the GP that referred me there.
