Attitude comes from the top down so it really makes me wonder about the level of care at this facility. I had the displeasure of attempting to change an appointment for Echo at the Wayne facility. The rudeness and hostility from the person to whom I spoke tells me all I need to know about the quality of care at VMG - Cardiology. Despite being given a new date and time from the nasty person on the phone, the appointment wasn't changed in their system until after several days and phone calls with different people. Why a simple change had to be so difficult is beyond me.
