JUST WANT TO SAY MARY IS VERY RUDE AND SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!! I had her in 3way with my insurance company because they could not send a fax over for my wife after her heart attack and MARY went off on me because I asked for a fax number. She then kept of speaking very unprofessional and rude and finished by hanging up the phone in me. Im glad I was on 3way and the call was being recorded. I FEEL BAD FOR DOC BECAUSE SHE IS CHASING PATIENTS AWAY. MY WIFE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GET A NEW DR. THANKS TO MARY! She also said the dr would not fill out my wife's fmla papers which is insane.

I had a massive heart attack in 2018. I don't remember anything from that day. I woke up in Chilton Hospital and found out Dr. Doss had saved my life. I was induced into coma with my body temperature lowered to bring me back without suffering brain damage. I'm very lucky. I wish I could rate him with a 1000 stars!

Nice doctor but Mary in office horrible. Never received tests and they don't call back. She's blaming hospital for not calling back when it's the Wayne office I keep calling and being told they will look into and call me back She is Telling me I owe more than what insurance says I owe and she won't listen to me at all that insurance is resending correct invoice . Then told me I can't go back there. I have no problem with that!

I'm try to make an appointment for my husband from Monday but no one like to make. I have left an voice mail and no one call me. On Tuesday I have call 2 time and the secretary tell me to wait because she didn't know how much will charge for the self pacient.i was waiting for call for whole wensday and no recive a call and the secretary lie that she call me a cupple time. Yoday I call to the office and she said that the doctor didaccept self pacien.
