Dr. O'Oneil is an excellent cardiologist and all around good doctor. I saw him as in follow up to a surgical procedure and my heart checked out fine. However, at the end of exam he concluded with "Okay, but tell me, how are you feeling in general?" That when I admitted to him how tired I was feeling. He asked if I had seen a hematologist and I told him I had tried to but my appt was cancelled by the doctor's office and I was having a problem getting another appt. He told me to continue to pursue an appt with a hematologist, he said he wanted to make sure I was not anemic and asked if he could order blood tests. I agreed. I got tested. Dr. O'Neil actually called me with the results, asked if I was able to get an appt with a hematologist and when I told him I had not he offered to and did contact the hematologist and got me an appt. I am so grateful. I am now getting the iron infusions I really needed. I am so happy to know there are still good doctors out here to help us. If you need a good cardiologist I recommend Dr. O'Neil there in Voorhees, NJ.

Dr. O'Neill's office scheduled me for a follow-up echocardiogram. When I showed up on the date & aqt the time shown on the appt card they gave me, I was told they do not echos on the day oon which they made my appt. They were adamant that I had the wrong date. I went nback with their appt card to prove they had scheduled me on the day & date. They did not even apologize.

Terrible communication, doesn't listen, and told my gf to leave after stopping their medication then telling us to leabeand not giving them the flu shot they were also there for. He got annoyed with any questions asked and showed and astounding lack of care.

Cardiologist Dr David O'Neil of Jefferson Hospital group, sent my father to the emergency room for heart issues on a Thursday. Never checked in or called any of the three contacts in his file to find out how his patient was doing. Only received a call because of a complaint email that was sent via the patient portal. In his return email he blamed every Dr in the hospital for not contacting him about his own patient. He should have cared enough to find out on his own, considering he was the one who sent him to the ER. Needless to say my father has a new cardiologist who we are very happy with and who has amazing communication with my father and his family on a daily basis.

Office staff was nice, short wait times. Nursing was pleasant and personable. For my first visit it was short but at no time did I feel rushed by Dr O'Neil. He seems to be pleasant and well versed in cardiology.
