Horrible office horrible experience. Your office never asked for insurance verification upon a first visit. Insurance was uploaded to your app after first bill was received in app. You have never processed this claim through insurance which you have in your app. This bill has been sent to collections. I go to the local office I am told no one does billing I need to call. I sit on hold for 1.5 hours to be hung up by your system. I call back someone answers and tells me I can leave a message and expect a return call in 1-2 business days. This bill has been sent to collections all because your office didn't do their job to begin with. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I wish I could give negative numbers for a review. Maybe if people did their job at the first visit this would not have escalated.
