Eddie medical assistant, Amanda nurse practitioner & Michelle ultra sound tech are AMAZING! They really take the time to understand everything about the patients needs & wants, they made me feel so comfortable. Asked all the important questions.The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Such a great experience form my 1st contact experience with Jamie. They are very efficient, reassuring & get things done. I would recommend anyone that is having issues to make the call. Np Amanda & Rachel are amazing. Dr Hollander made me feel comfortable & informed during my procedure. The MA Eddie is funny & so caring about all the patients. So glad I choose Pause Vascular.
Eduardo (medical assistant) was absolutely amazing today! His bedside manner was very pleasant and he and the nurse practioner, Amanda, explained everything going on with my mom very well. I'm very pleased with our visit today! Job well done!
All the staff at this location were extremely nice and helpful from the front desk, to the nurse and Ultrasound tech! Out of all Eddie the medical assistant was one who stood out the most he was such amazing help to me and my patient! He took his time with assisting my patient during the procedure and helped with translating! He also encouraged me to go back to school for RN now I am considering it! Thanks Eddie & all staff at Pulse Vascular!
Eddie,Amanda,Michelle,Courtney,Jaime and Jessica were all fantastic. This group worked so well together,they were both friendly and polite. I was made to feel very easy and confident right from the start. My questions were answered and everyone was very patient.
