Let me start with this. Can I say the staff is fabulous for one thing. Each one appears willing in helping the other on request. I also find this particular Doctor one who takes the time and listens to all of your concerns. I am very pleased with how he relates to my medical conditions at age 75 years. I love the care that I receive at Penn Med. Dr. Rainier reviews my history since last visit n listens to my answers when he asks a question. He doesn't rush me n he takes time to examine me, go over my meds n explain any changes or updates. I've had to wait a few times to be seen like the last reviewer. I come 15 mins early and am usually seen within 15 mins of my appointment time. Since I know that I will receive great care, I am willing to wait my turn. I've had to go to the ER directly from there n have seen others have to do the same. People's lives are on the line there and some situations require more time than expected. My situation wasn't expected n several members of the staff were by my side. I want others to receive the same care, so I will wait on those rare occasions that it is needed. I have also only had wonderful customer service from the staff members. All were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dr Rainer n Penn Med.

Very good experience Dr Rainear very caring and he explains everything apt wise never had a problem. Staff is extremely helpful.
