Apex Heart & Vascular Care

I had a stress test and an echocardiogram, I went to this place where the doctor read it and gave me a letter, everything was perfect until they told me they couldn't give me the copy or the letter because there was no ink and the email had been hacked, that's not normal, in the end I came out stressed...

I was there 2 weeks ago, though my appointment was at 12:30, the reception there was very hectic. I've waited for more than an hour. The doctor took us in his office and was solving his own issues (texting and chatting) on the phone disregarding us, without apologizing and not paying any attention to us like we were not there. Then spent 10 minutes and told us somebody would call and set up the tests - nobody called, no followup. We're not coming back there, unfortunately. The new office is not set for the patients at all. +Old equipment, like a temp setup.

So, the doctors do what they are trained to do, educate and attend to the cardiovascular care of their patients. The practice as a whole needs to do better about patient wait times... today I had a 9am appointment, the tech shows up 30 minutes late, despite being late I can hear the tech laughing and joking on her phone as if people are not waiting to be seen... this behavior carried on for about 11 minutes after her arrival, when I verbalized my concern about the lack of respect, regard, and consideration, she closed the door and continued her conversation. I wish this was my first time having to wait so long for a minor service. Sadly, this isn't the first time. As waiting over an hour for a 5 minute physician encounter or service seems to be the standard, which shouldn't be the case. The practice is riddled with double/ overbooking and regular inconsideration for the patient population's time.

Experience was great Dr 's and nurses were excellent. I completely recommend this place

I have a great experience every time I make it to Apex. I wish I could make it more often but thank you very much in advance for all the assistance all the good medical care all the resourceful information and all the good help.!
