My experience with Dr Inguaggiato its always been great. He's been my parent's cardiologist and mine for years. He is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about his patients and their well-being. We are blessed to have such an excellent doctor as him. His receptionist is also great, very kind and always go out of her way to help their patients. She is very attentive and helpful. Thumbs up to Dr Inguaggiato and his receptionist Theresa.

I called the office Thursday for a refill. Front says ok repeat refill till next appointment and just hung up. I called back and said I was trying to make m appointment. Then called my pharmacy to see if my script was there they said no and sent the office a request. I called the office again said she ill let the doctor know. Guess what called 3 times after 3pm no answer. It's now Saturday. Nothing. So I will purchase over the counter meds EVEN IF ITS CHEAPER with insurance, till I find another doctor who's more attentive and on point. I will also be writing this review on my insurance and the "Mychart site"

"After witnessing an incident with this doctor, I highly recommend that anyone interested in having him for a doctor seek medical services elsewhere. I witnessed the rudeness and uncaring manner in which his office staff treated a man who had come to get medication refilled. The man, obviously in pain, was trying to explain how he had attempted to make an appointment to see doctor on numerous occasions; left messages regarding need to get a new prescription for his heart medication; and how his repeated calls were never returned. The receptionist kept interrupting him, preventing him from speaking. He was trying to remind her of her rudeness, and of when she got annoyed because he told her he needed to see doctor right away to get his medication. She apparently had provided him with a tentative date pending confirmation, but never called to confirm it with him. When he arrived at the office to request the prescription, she turned him away, and threatened to call the police upon his insistence on seeing the doctor and being heard. He reminded the receptionist that when the pharmacist from Walgreens attempted to call regarding the prescription earlier, because he was not feeling well, she hung up on her too! Office personnel is extremely rude, uncaring and unprofessional. He was told to go to hospital if he was having chest pain and called the police on the guy! Later in the evening I asked what finally happened... the guy ended up in the hospital where he received medication to relieve the arterial fibrillation episode provoked by the upset at this doctor's office. Hospital apparently recommended another cardiologist. DO NOT go to this doctor if you expect good care. After what I witnessed, I would not recommend this doctor, along with his staff, to anyone! Shameful incident!"

They never return calls, from you OR the pharmacy. Trying to get your prescription re-upped is like pulling teeth. They schedule you for appointments on days when they aren't even at the location and never follow up when you show up to a locked, dark office and of course leave a voicemail asking what's up. Why even have voicemail if you NEVER return it. It is now mid February, and I have been trying to get in touch since mid December. They never return my calls or answer the phone and I am completely out of very needed medication. It's like they're holding me hostage.
