today 5/1/2023 the receptionist Jesse denied access to my grandmother. This is not the first time. She didn't want to help to call the insurance to get the doctors name changed and when I offered to do it, she said either way the system won't show it the same day. when i know it does because other offices always do it, and the insurance also confirmed the changes are made right away. My grandmother didn't eat waiting for the blood test at 12Pm and she denied access like She's the doctor. Also, i notice she is being racist to my grandmother because she is dark skin.
