horrible in every way... always 90 min to 2 hour wait past your appointment time (one time i waited almost 3 hours!) The staff don't care and are very rude about the long waits - they don't care at all. not enough chairs so people standing with tons of kids running around because there are so over booked and no one gets seen on time so the waiting room and overly crowded. terribly stressful. you never see the doctor you requested or the same doctor twice, very hard to communicate with the doctors due to language barrier and they have very poor medical knowledge, they wasted HOURS of my time 3 different visits without ever properly addressing or providing solutions to the reasons for my visits.

What a joke of a clinic! Staff told me they were on lunch break, although they were doing nothing and I was the only patient. I asked when lunch will be over, and they replied whenever they finished eating. They then shut the door and kept on with useless talk. 45 minutes, still waiting. Very rude, no sense of customer service and unprofessional. Apparently, bad management. Don't go there!

Wait time wasnt long..Great with kids.My son was sick and i called they made his appointment same day.

I don't know why the staff specially in the front desk they treat patient not professional!

When other doctors turn me down due to my lyme disease here they are lyme literate and their treatment works!
