The staff at Toms River is consistently rude and unpleasant. As a manager, I can confidently say that if my team spoke to customers in that manner, they wouldn't keep their jobs. It's ironic that there's a sign about Respect and Care for the staff when, in reality, they need to show respect to the patients. If it weren't for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Patel and Dr. Kianfar, I would have addressed this issue more forcefully. I believe in treating others with respect and dignity, and it's clear that the staff could benefit from learning how to properly interact with patients, much like the exemplary service at the Brick Office.
