Staff was friendly and attentive ,office was clean and well organized. as a patient Dr. Sandler Takes time to explain why test may be needed how the test is gonna work and he really has a good Doctor patient relationship. I'm happy to have a doctor like him in my corner that keeps me well informed about my health and what I can do to improve it keep up the good work everyone there at Shore Heart Group of Toms River
Dr. Sandler is a true gem. They dont make them like that anymore. He took care of my parents....now its our turn. Easy to understand and follow. He's the best!!
If I could have given it zero stars I would, I made a new patient appointment for 2:00pm, arrived at 1:50pm had already completed all of the paperwork and check-in requirements online. Still sitting in the waiting room at 3:15pm, I went to see if they forgot me, the staff seemed unphased by the fact that my appointment time had come and gone 90 minutes ago, but assured me I would be called soon. 3:45pm, I approached the window and advised that I would not be staying and that if I had showed up 2hrs late the doctor would not see me and still send me a bill. I understand that there are emergencies, but come out and advised Dr. Sandler's patients that there will be a delay due to an emergency and let them decide whether they want to wait or reschedule. ABSURD!
My husband and I are patients of Dr. Sandler since 2005 at Shore Heart Group. We both trust him a lot. Dr. Sandler is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Shore Heart Group at Tom's River office improved a lot with wait times and comfortable sitting area.
Dr. Sandler always puts my mind at ease. Never rushes and just listens and explains my concerns. Going to him for years and will continue.
