Dover Heart Specialists: Bacani Victor O MD

October 24, 2022 was my 1st visit. Dr. Victor Bacani seemed very down to earth & knowledgeable. His staff was very helpful as well. (I called Deborah Heart & Lung looking for a Cardiologist in my area & they gave me his name & number). Dr. Bacani's office was able to accommodate me without having to wait weeks & weeks for an appointment. While I was in waiting room, I also had the opportunity to speak with other patients who have been with him 20 plus years & they all had good things to say as well. I did have to go for further testing & his staff, especially Leah was very helpful in reaching out to my insurance company to get Authorization's etc. So far so good. It's been a pleasure dealing with them.

Doctor Bacani has been mom's doctor for some time now (years). My mom has always stressed how wonderful he is. Recently my dad passed, and I have been my moms caretaker. I take my mom to all of her doctor appointments. I now can say this Doctor is so kind and patient, my mom is 90 years old, her hearing isn't good, however the doctor and his staff are so helpful and kind. Looking for a Doctor? Try Dr. Bacani, you will be very happy.

Dr Bacani is easy to talk with, explains steps taking moving forward and has a good ear listening to my concerns. However the visit starts with his support staff and everyone was very nice, helpful.

Dr. Bacani came highly recommended by my neighbor, and he lived up to my highest expectations. He was patient, courteous, professional, extremely thorough, and kindhearted. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Dr Bacani takes the time to explain everything and makes sure my mom understands. He is kind, considerate, caring. I could go on. He is a Godsend.
