My wife was there yesterday with our neighbor Millie. She did not see the doctor that she was scheduled to see, but his assisting NPR. She listened to her heart and her lungs and gave instructions on what she should have done in the future. Millie had another appointment for an echocardiogram with another doctor a few hours later. When at the other doctors office they had her transported to the hospital for Neumonia. My question is, why didnt the NPR hear this when listening to her lungs???

Dr Simon takes the time to really know you as a patient... He also takes care of my entire family and we can't say enough about him. He does thorough examinations and truly cares about his patients. Another great thing is he only schedules 1 patient at a time so he can really take his time to provide top notch care... If you are looking for a really great doctor then look next further...

Updated review: it's now 2024. I no longer go to this fantastic cardiol because his office twice is now part of a much larger group run by a company. The personal touch is no longer there. I needed to see the cardiologist for an emergency but could not get an appointment until months out. His staff in Toms River are very rude. I'm sure the doctor himself has no idea he has been losing patents because of them.
(My original review):He is compassionate. He doesn't push you into treatment you are not ready for. He is honest and patient with explanations in layman's terms. His appointments rarely run late. He doesn't rush his appointments. Always available. Up to date on the latest treatments.

I had an amazing experience with the Toms River office. Dina was an absolute pleasure! She helped me so much from getting me an appointment as soon as she could to just being so kind and listening to my needs and concerns. One the other girls at the front desk was also helpful but her name is escaping me. Dr. A. is the best!!! He was very thorough, listened attentively, talked to me and reassured me that things were going to be okay! I couldn't be happier that I switched to this practice!!!
