I went to the clinic 3 weeks ago with severe back pain. Before i went i called first to ask if it was ok to walk in. The receptionist a male informed me that it was ok to come in since i was in severe pain. When i got there they turned me away. 2 staff including the male from the phone were there. They turned me away after I was informed to come in. They were laughing and making fun of me. They were absolutely so disrespectful. I have been going to this place for several years and it's just getting worse each time.
Then I had an appointment on Thursday at 5:30pm. Before I went to the appointment I called to let them know I was on my way. When I go there they said the doctor left. They could have informed me over the phone when I called. Am so disappointed with the staff. Now I'm not sure what to do.And I'm very upset.
