Primary Care Associates: Trivedi Manoj MD

Most greedy doctor I have ever seen with horribly office staff. I have one of the best insurance plans. I had my free yearly preventive care visit. He took upfront payment of $100 for my FREE preventive care visit, and after repeated reminders and many months did not refund the money. His office does not even reply to emails now. They are holding patient's money and earning interest or investing that money for personal gains.

I reached out to ask if Dr. Trivedi was accepting new patients and got a brief, unclear reply that didn't directly answer my question. When I asked for clarification about the $125 upfront payment -- even though my insurance is in-network -- the staff told me, "You can look for another provider." No effort to explain, just dismissive. I found the tone of the office staff rude and unprofessional. I've never encountered a medical office that handles new patients this way. If you're looking for respectful communication, I'd suggest finding a provider with more patient-friendly staff.

Excellent Doctor but he really needs to get new staff at the Morristown location. I referred my co-workers to him and they both complained to me regarding his staff. I always thought they were rude and unprofessional but I didn't say anything because I really like the doctor, but please Doctor do something to not lose patients.

Excellent doctor! I have seen him over 30 years and I never want to change my doctor even when I move to a new house in a different town. All negative comments are about the staff, not about the doctor.

I love the doctor, but his office staff is sorely lacking. I can never get a straight answer out of whoever is answering the phone. I have called 3 times in 10 days about a concern and have tet yet to get an answer. His office staff brushes everything off
