I decided to visit this practice based on the great reviews on zocdoc.com. My appointment was for 430 and the office left me a message the day of the appointment to come at 4 o'clock, which I could not accommodate because I was working. The person who called me also took my preliminary vitals and was not particularly friendly. Then, I spent an hour with Kayla and thought it was a really great experience. I went to go get blood work in the same appointment and was told to come back for the remaining blood work because I was not fasted. The phlebotomist decided to pursue the blood work and the results came out the next day. I have reached out to the office three times to discuss the results as well as sent a message on my chart and have not received a response in over two weeks. I would not recommend this office
