I came to this facility for a nuclear stress test. I found the staff to be professional, courteous and efficient. That being said, the facility was pretty crowded. I have no complaints about the treatment I received here.

The front office staff and those who answer the phones have one of the nastiest attitudes for no reason whatsoever. Like they go out of their way to be unpleasant. The staff also forgot to fax my surgical clearance all the way up to 2 days before my surgery and got nasty when I called in to ask for this. The 2 star is because the Dr was fantastic as well as the techs who assisted him. You just have to get through the gauntlet of disgusting attitudes to get to them.

Bunch of crooks. Went to get my son an emergency Eco Cardiogram and I needed prior authorization. They told me it would take 6 days to get?!?! So I called the insurance and got it in under an hour. I wasn't going to take that it takes 6 days I need this done NOW! Went back with the authorization number and to my surprise the lady was extremely rude to me and told me to go elsewhere and get it done. That we went around there protocol and to leave. I was in shock. I thought I just helped them out by getting it quicker and now I'm getting kicked out!?!? Come to find out it a way for them to scam the insurance by charging them for the time spent trying to get the authorization. Yeah 6 days my a**. So you kicked me out because I messed up your scam huh. Taking a chance that something happens to my son because you want your quick easy money.

There is no way to pay your bill online. There isn't even a phone number to call. They only take payment by mail (who still does that?) They do not take all forms of payment. T

A wonderful group of doctors and medical professionals! They all truly care about not just my health, but me! Thank you all!
