First appointment: 1 PM, left after 3:30. Second appointment: Gate closed at 7:45. Went and got a coffee, signed in before my 8 AM appointment, then at noon "We're having an equipment issue and we need to reschedule". This place is amazing if you ever thought "I have too much spare time and really enjoy waiting in a dirty, hot waiting room" And it's not just the waiting room that's dirty.

This doctor clearly doesn't have enough time to care . This is my second appointment and he don't even listen , he talks over you and what ever you telling in goes in one ear and out the other . My first appointment the whole time he on a phone call about another patient and that should have been the first red flag . This will be my last appointment . I wouldn't recommend anyone

This doctors office has so much potential it's unfortunate that they can't get the professionalism where it needs to be. Being told you can't be seen the day before an appointment you had to wait two whole weeks to get.....because the technician doesn't think your one appointment is important enough to come into the office......is dangerous as well as ridiculous. I hope they can get it together for the sake of any patients who require any sense of urgency.

Doctors are great. I did not have a positive experience with the front desk. I called to ask for my orders to be sent to Labcorp multiple times and was not handed all of them when I walked out for my visit . One assistant was very disrespectful and asked me to calm down and questioning the orders that I was requesting to be sent .

The doctors are lovely there but the receptionist Cheryl is an absolute monster she spoke to me so terribly today on the phone. Her tone of voice was absolutely disrespectful and rude she should be let go and if she speaks to others the way she spoke to me today she does not deserve to work in a environment dealing with patients because she has no bedside manners no professional manners at all. I will definitely be changing doctors after that conversation. My family have been going to Dr Patel's office for years before her employment and I see that there is no point of continuing that and I will not be recommending this office to anyone after being laughed at for inquiring about something as simple as a doctor's note.
