The young lady at the front desk behind the plastic was nice. However, the medical assistant was another story! I was uncomfortable with her and she should have stayed home. Doctor's offices are a place of healing!! If you're not going to give the patient the care, patience and compassion, you're in the wrong profession. You know who you are with your abrupt mannerism!! The audacity of them to have a code of conduct posted on the elevator wall and don't practice what they preach!! No complaints about the doctor. Enough seating and sunlight

The dr knew I had a colonoscopy coming up 2 weeks prior to a stress test. I was very clear with him. Dr Pressard or close to it. My gastro dr requested heart clearance for the colonoscopy and Penn decided we should wait until after the stress test to see if the colonoscopy would be OK on my heart. Yet they told nobody. Why they thought this information was a secret is beyond me but with my first office visit feeling like I was at a health store and not a dr office this was all it took for me to find another dr.

My Dr is Arluck his assistant is Stephanie (awesome) he ordered a stress test today was the day. The staff of 3 who took care of me during the test honestly I can't compliment them enough. This being my 3rd stress test but my most comfortable from their care just want to say thank you so much your awesome. Mike Lawrence

Good and bad..The young women who administered my stress test were first-rate as was the young woman who administered my echo.There were scheduling issues since my first appointment which was May 10th. The date of the stress test written on the appointment card was entered incorrectly in my portal. Luckily, I checked and when I called (the next day), the earlier appt was taken and I had to wait 4 weeks. The follow up appointment w the PA was cancelled, rescheduled from from June 10th until July 19th. Then on June 22..I got a call that the dr wants to see me June 24th..no explanation. The echo results did not appear in my portal until 4:17 pm on June 22..I had to change another appt to see the dr. I am very stressed about this..The dr came highly recommended from both my neurologist and my PCP and I have the utmost respect for the medical profession..and I rarely complain. Hopefully, in the future things will be better.

Dr Singh was very professional, intelligent , answered all my questions and concerns . She is very thorough , and compassionate. She is excellent , Her staff is very pleasant and informative as well. Donna Suess Tarantino
