Just tried to make an appointment at the Swedesboro office for my follow up from my sleep apnea test and because I had 3 late cancel appointments DUE TO WORK OBLIGATIONS they SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO GET approval from the office manager to make an appointment. No thanks I will get my records from them and go to another doctor. BTW, I paid for the appointment ahead of time as well. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GROUP TO ANYONE. SERIOUSLY, A DOCTOR MAKING A PATIENT WAIT IS OKAY - BUT IF THAT PATIENT CANCELS AN APPOINTMENT THEY HAVE TO GET APPROVAL BECAUSE THEY CANCELLED SAID APPOINTMENTS LATE.
