I had an appointment today at 2:30 PM with Dr. Rogers. I am off today, so I called and asked if there were any cancelations so I could come earlier. I talked to a lady (I wish I got her name) and she said to come in now as I was only 18 minutes away. I get there a little before 1:30PM and the person at the desk tells me that Dr. Rogers has a Stress test appointment at 1:30 PM. Why in the world would you tell me to come in??? Then it would be another 30/45 minutes until I could see the doctor, which is rubbish. As you know, there would most likely be a 1 hour wait. So I left. My time is important too!!! I have had nothing but frustration scheduling an appointment with this practice and I got one that works with my schedule and now this.
