This review is based on my experience with Dr. Agarwal and his nurses. He is patient, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS returns my calls in a prompt manner. I had a serious issue while on vacation recently, and he called me while he was on vacation. I have since recommended him to my parents, and he found an issue with my dad that his previous doctor missed over the course of 20 years. I will say it was a bit more convenient when it was a part of PENN because they used to do Echocardiograms in house, but this is not enough of an issue for me to leave. I will not discount what others have said about other staff, but my personal experience has been excellent, and have been going to this practice for over 20 years now.

PATIENTS BEWARE!!!!!If I could give zero stars based on my husband's experience with this office and Dr. Agarwhal I would!!!! My husband suffered a stroke a few days ago at 46 years old because blood work back in Nov. 2023 was done and his cholesterol came back astronomically high at the time even with being medicated for it. We only found this out after he had the stroke because this office never ever called/left a message with bloodwork results. And they never had him come back in or add/change his meds. One of rhe leading causes for a stroke is high cholesterol...which could have been avoided and likely prevented had they done what they should have for their patient!!!!! We will be looking into reporting them to the medical board!

Physicians are excellent. That being said this is the most uncaring staff I have ever come across. They way they handle important prescription requests verges on malpractice. It's obvious the staff does not know what they are dong and this has to do with attitude and training. Pity.

Both of my parents see doctors at this practice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! The nurses are amazing! When I call all of my questions and concerns are answered quickly. I truely believe they care.
