Dr sherer is really the best takes time to explain everything with you orders tests you might need excellent bedside manner just a great doctor and truely nice person his staff is excellent answer all your questions with no attitude take care of everything you need they return all calls just a great staff and a credit to Dr Sheres office. I love dr. Sherer. He has to be the best doctor that I've ever seen. I've been seeing Dr Sherer for many years. Dr. Sherer listens.then he answers your questions. He doesn't rush you out of the room, he takes his time to Show that he cares. He makes you feel like you are the only patient he has. And that is very important because no one wants to feel like just a number like the other doctors make you feel. Some doctors actually look at their watches when they walk into the room and in less than a minute they are through with you, leaving you with a million ??. Not Dr. Sherer. I have never met another doctor that like Dr. Sherer. Dr. Sherer should have a school to teach other doctors bedside manners.. Thank God for Dr. Sherer

The staff in the office is incredibly rude. We were running about 10 min late to our appointment and we called the office to let them know. Most offices have a 15 min grace period. Instead, the staff thought it was appropriate to give an attitude and attempt to lecture me on being late rather than helping. We spoke to the manager and she was even less helpful and had even more of an attitude. She told us that if we weren't there within 5 min, we won't be seen, then she hung up on us! The staff continued to be extremely rude, all with an attitude, and we are not children to get a lecture. We arrived and it was even worse in person. We just needed to know if we can see the doctor or not, yet all the staff can tell us is that "you are late and you should've been here on time." We didn't even want to continue with the scheduled appointment, so we left. Things happen and people run late. 10 min wont make or break them. We called afterwards to speak to the doctor because his staff is putting a horrible taste in patients mouths. The doctor could care less. Additionally, they answered our call, collecting personal info ON SPEAKER which is a HIPAA violation - when we told the doctor, he tried to say there was no one in the office, which is irrelevant for me. It's not my job to determine if there are people in the office or not. So glad we didn't waste our time with this doctor and office.

Really knowledgeable, caring doctor. Genuinely cares about his patients and he's not in it for the money. Gives solid, practical advice. The most ethical doctor I've ever had. His office staff are also very friendly and helpful. I've called them so many times with so many different questions and they've always patiently answered them and helped me get what I need.

Came here for a PCP appointment, noted why I was visiting when making the appointment, walked into the clinic and handed my insurance card to the front desk, they asked me to fill out 3 pages of forms, and only after then they told me it could only be a specialist visit not PCP, which costs 3x under my insurance. They could have called to tell me that. Total waste of time.
