Rude customer service. I called to get some information and Cheryl was rude and nasty and when I said I was going to make a complaint about her she said she was retiring soon. Why work in customer service if you're not a people's person.

what a service you guyes provide..... doctor said ... required Echocardiography - Transthoracic ECHO (TTE) test as soon as possible..... but after wasting 1+ hours with customer care .. i got appointment @July 08th .... its a question mark for your best service..
