The doctors are great. The office staff is a different story. They will yes you to death and not do anything they promised. When the pharmacy calls for refills several times, it never happens. Then we have to call them and nothing happens. We have had to go to other doctors to get refills on medications which they are shocked when I tell them the reason. My dad has gone many days without his medication due to this office.
Dr.Luna is one of the only Dr.'s that took the time to understand my rare syndrome. He is especially interested in giving me the best quality of life despite all my issues. I truly can not thank him enough.
The Doctor is nice but i have to patience with his office staff. I called several times and told the answering service to have the staff do something that was faxed almost three weeks ago to the office and is a must and faxed back well long story short I'm still waiting this is horrible
Best doctor I've ever been to. To start off, the receptionists are wonderful. Any issues I had filling out paperwork they were right there to help and answer questions making the check in process super simple as a first time patient. Waiting area is very roomy, lots of seating, so no one is on top of each other. There were many times I've been seen by other doctors and it takes them 2 hours just for them to tell me to get allergy medicine. Though this isn't the case when visiting Dr.Luna. He is AMAZING. I was in and out of his office and feeling brand new right away. He was careful with what tests he ran and asked many questions in order to properly diagnose me. Dr.Luna was super helpful and understanding. The only doctor I would ever recommend. 10/10.
An outstanding doctor providing quality care in compassionate manner. He has a thorough explanations of all of his client's medical conditions and treatment options feeling them well-informed and confident in their care . There is always a short to no wait so patients get treated promptly. Staff is very warm , passionate and provides a family feeling .Multiple services available under same premises as of labs , EKG , nerve conduction tests, physical therapy and rehabilitation services . Definitely 10/10 scores in all spheres . I along with my whole family will always go back for any medical services as needed . God bless Dr. Luis Luna !
