My wife had a 2:45 p.m. appointment. The office called earlier to confirm the appointment. My wife got there at 2:15 for her appt. . .First thing they wanted is the $75.00 copay. She waited until almost 5:30 to finally see the DR. She told the Dr how long she waited and his response was thanks. Here's a thought Doc return the co-pay for their waiting time. Office staff seems to be incompetent in my opinion. Over booking like the airline. Overbook and it's your problem not theirs it's all about the money not the patients well being. Oh and the office staff all left at 5:00 leaving patients in the waiting room.

The doctors themselves are great - whenever you get to see them. But the practice is horribly run. Poor communication, bad systems, disregard for patient privacy, and underwhelming hygienic standards given the type of testing they perform. My opinion is too high of a patient/staff ratio. Frustrating to deal with!

Place is god awful. I was referred here by my cardiologist to do a tilt table test, almost 3 visits later I still did not get the test. Told them I felt as if I was being strung along and robbed for my co pay, the receptionist told me to get out and that she was cancelling my appointment- they have no empathy for people. I had no issues with Dr. Arjun but the front desk ladies are ATROCIOUS. Not to mention they had an old lady waiting for over 40 minutes to tell her they cancelled her appointment two weeks ago and she had to leave. Place is beyond incompetent and the front desk is incredibly rude. Would rate 0/5 if I could

Doctors are amazing. Staff is super friendly. And I've noticed Doctor offices especially cardiology/electrophysiology offices are very unpredictable when it comes to timing. I think that's why there's normally a wait time because it's different doctors only so many exam rooms for patients and some people have devices that need to be checked. So it's never suppose to be just in and out at least in my experience and this is NYC offices and NJ. I know when I sit here it's worth the wait when I get in to see the doctors.

All the doctors who work here are great. However the office itself is terrible. Crazy wait times, very disorganized, staff doesn't seem to have any distinct roles. All workers are doing all jobs, so nothing gets done. Much of the staff is very rude. Every doctor is overbooked. People are getting scheduled at wrong location, or not being told their insurance is still pending. Great doctors but not worth the headache to deal with the practice, you will never get anything done on time.
