Dr. Suhas R. Patel, MD

If you scoured the Earth it would be difficult to find such a compassionate and astute MD diagnosticion. His care of my father was so supurb that I switched to Dr. Patel after 30 years with another GP. In a time of crisis he is reassuring and calm. His bedside manner is beyond excellent and his interaction with other specialists and ability to coordinate care takes the pressure off the patient so they can just concentrate on getting better.

It is my absolute pleasure to give Dr Patel a Five Star rating. I first met him in the hospital where he was my 96-year-old mother's attending physician after she was admitted through the emergency room. Her stay was fairly lengthy and he was always attentive to her needs. After she was discharged, we made Dr Patel her primary care physician and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From Dr Patel right down to his receptionist we are treated as though we are his only patient. On this last visit to see him for a cough, mom's caregiver got lost and was almost an hour late for the appointment. Mom was seen when she finally arrived and no mention was made of her tardiness...but I would not recommend that anyone take punctuality lightly as the office's time is valuable! The visit was truly a great experience for me (I had to leave work to be there) and for mom. We were treated with respect and professionalism coupled with kindness and compassion for mom's age and condition. Dr Patel assured us that mom would be fine and recommended over-the-counter solutions instead of pricy prescription drugs. Once again, let me say, if you are looking for the best primary care physician for you or a loved one, look no further. You have found him. And you have found the best attending staff as well!

Dr Patel has been my Doctor since 2002, before that he took care of my mother. He is very caring and personable, also a good listener. He always is right in his diagnosis and prescribes the correct Rx for recovery, If he doesn't have answers he will always refer to a Doctor who does. He can always be reached when needed. I absolutely love Dr Patel. I trust him with my life. His staff is wonderful too. Kudos to Anat and Laura.

Dr Patel was my husband's attending physician while he was at Jersey Shore University Hospital. Dr Patel is so caring. He treated my husband with such respect and outstanding care. We have chosen to have Dr Patel be my husbands doctor for the future. We couldn't be happier!

I give Dr. Patel a five star rating! He's one of the best doctors that I know! Very accommodating!
