Ok I wanna start by saying this practice USED TO BE AMAZING however , since the pandemic this practice went down the toilet. Seriously there's very few people working there that used too is the first issue then the other issues are the new people ( office workers and women who take care of insurance and medications to be called into pharmacy are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE) DO NOT GO HERE FIND A NEW DOCTOR OR PRIMARY DOCTOR. DR BOAK IS ALMOST RETIRED , BARLEY SEES MEDICARE AND REGULAR INSURANCE PATIENTS ANY LONGER HE PASSES THEM OFF TO HIS NURSE PRACTITIONERS WHO ARE ALL TERRIBLE AND CAN NOT DO THIER JOBS PROPERLY. THEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM THIER WRONG OR MADE MISTAKES THEY GET UPSET WITH YOU CRY N STORM OUT OF OFFICE SO UNPROFESSIONAL LET ALONE THE DOCTOR CANT HANDLE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM ABOUT HIS PRACTICE THATS GOING DOWN THE TUBES SINCE COVID. HE CANT TAKE THE PATIENTS TELLING HIM HOW BAD THE TREATMENT OF HIS STAFF .HE BLOWS UP ON YOU. TERRIBLE !! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO .
