Apex Heart & Vascular Care

I changed my cardiologist doctor to this place Apex and to my disappointment their answering service is horrible, I believe that the staff at this place aren't working together. Three times I called their answering system and they had told me that they had forwarded my messages to apex but as now I haven't received one call from apex. Just for a simple change of appointment. My goodness, did I make the right choice!!!! Holy Moly, I can't believe this October 20, 2025 Apex you must get rid of this answering service, they are destroying your Reputation and business by not picking up the phone or even forwarding the calls to this office. I have called 7 times and no one picks up the phone. This is very unprofessional. I have to probably return back to my cardiologist. No senior should be put through this.

Phone rings too long for help. Doctors are some times not even in the office, only see a PA. Had to request a Rx refill three times until I was on hold at the pharmacy. Not going back. I'll find a office with better patient services.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location in Nutley. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude and disrespect from the receptionist, someone who should be setting a welcoming tone for the office. Instead, I felt like I was being judged just for showing up. The staff overall came across as opinionated and snobby, making it uncomfortable to even ask simple questions. On top of that, the office had an odd, unpleasant odor that made the whole place feel unhygienic and poorly maintained. I also noticed a general sense of carelessness in how things were run. It's hard to trust a place with your health when basic professionalism and cleanliness aren't being met. Definitely wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful and reliable care.

Unfortunately, I did lose a leg after my vein procedure because the clinic misplaced my chart and forgot to schedule a follow-up to check for clots. But on the bright side, they gave me 50% off my next procedure! That's customer service you can't put a price on! (Except apparently half off) thanks apex vascular!

I had a very good experience with them.very nice people and very nice places. Doctor Was helpful and friendly. I love this places. I recommend to visit them
