The worst doctor experience ever! I was given a heart monitor and had a severe allergic reaction to the adhesive. I called the doctor's office for two weeks straight, but I never received a call back. I called every day, and the staff recognized my name, repeatedly saying they left sticky notes on the doctor's desk. I even sent a message through MyChart, but it's been two months with no response. Today, I finally received a call for a follow-up appointment, but I will not be going back.
Dr. Gerula is one, if not the best that University Hospital has to offer. She is simply amazing!
