Jesus Almendral, M.D.

Dr. Almendral is an incredible doctor. His experience and expertise is exceptional. He is also very personable and compassionate. He has the ability to look at each patient as an individual and not place them in a category. He pays attention to details and asks a lot of questions. He is extremely responsive and cares very much about his patients. He saved my mother's life and we are forever grateful for him.

Sweet secretary, this was the only plus. Didn't even get to see the doctor because when the nurse practitioner took my temperature, they informed me I have a fever and the doctor rather me go to the Emergency Department. I understood this, and it also immediately worried me as someone with lupus; a disease where fevers could be indicative of a flare. Walked over to the ED just for the nurse there to check my temperature twice with the under the tongue method, it was normal both times, and he added that using the temperature gun (as the office did) was usually inaccurate. The doctor would still not see me and wanted me to reschedule. Overall, since I took off of school to go to this appointment, it was a waste of time and left me feeling frustrated. While he is a great doctor, something I know after meeting him when I was hospitalized, their office equipment is faulty and I would not trust returning.

Excellent Cardiologist! Highly recommend. He saved my father's life.
