I have been here three times and the wait times have been (to my understanding) extremely long for a scheduled visit. First and third visit's wait time were 30+ mins. Furthermore, I feel the place is outdated and could use some upgrading, fresh paint and organizing (as the open shelves everywhere make it look extra messy). The stress test machine definitely needs an upgrade. The papers on the wall- even though they are funny, makes the place look extra old and dirty. The doctors and staff seem knowledgeable.

Extremely disappointed with this office today. I had an appointment with cardiologist Dr. Anuj Shah, and when I arrived, they made me sit in a room. A nurse practitioner came in unexpectedly and was about to discuss my condition. When I asked where Dr. Shah was, she told me the doctor had left early for the day. I got up in disbelief, told the front desk that they cannot treat patients like this, and walked away. No one informed me ahead of time that I wouldn't be seeing the doctor I was scheduled for. I had specifically booked this appointment to discuss my condition with my cardiologist, and I would have appreciated a call, text, or email letting me know he wouldn't be available. This lack of communication wasted my time and caused a lot of frustration. Patients deserve better notice and respect for their schedules. Alert to patients: Don't expect your doctor to be available when you go there.

Long wait times- staff at the front desk does not even bother to greet you when you enter the establishment. They just have you stand there awkwardly until you either say something or someone notices you whenever they please. Totally unacceptable. Furthermore, they do NOT honor appointment times. I waited over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. People have other things to get done in the day. I was told that i'd been seen soon but apparently my papers/information had been placed at the bottom when it should have been placed at the top so people that came before me were seen before i was. Although the tech that does the ultrasound of the heart was very nice and apologetic (he was the only good thing about this place), I feel that this is unacceptable because another older gentleman beside me had the same thing happen. The atmosphere was NOT welcoming and I will not be returning to this practice. I would rather drive somewhere farther if it means better service. Please hire competent people that are trained in customer service. For a medical office, this is DISAPPOINTING and UNACCEPTABLE.

incompetent. never saw an MD in our whole time here (multiple appointments). the PA was googling symptoms during the appointment! it would be funny if it wasn't terrifying. unorganized unprofessional rude office staff. they can't even run this run-down office, nevermind helping with peoples' HEARTS for crying out loud they are terrible

As much as I wanted to leave a good review, it's near impossible to. I'll start by saying that one of the women that work at this office ( don't know her name, but she's an older woman who speaks Portuguese ) is absolutely amazing and such a nice and caring person! She's the only person in that office who actually seems to be helpful. Trying to make an appointment over the phone or reaching a specific office location is impossible. When you call them, it will go to a call center ( I'm guessing in India due to their accent otp) and the response you'll get from them is " I'll contact the office directly and they'll reach out to you". It takes me over 5 phone calls and me getting upset to be able to reach someone at this location. Another thing that is frustrating with these people is that ( I don't know if they're terrible at their job or if their system is just that terrible ) they give you an appointment for a specific day/time but then when it comes to the appointment they tell you it was actual for another day/time -- this has happened 4 times! Now, the actual care that you receive is nothing outstanding. The doctor/electrophysiologist in this office is terrible and rushes you throughout your appointment. I don't think I've ever seen this man for more than 5 minutes in a single appointment. He's very dismissive AND is terrible at communicating and listening to you. Again, he will rush you throughout your whole appointment. I'm so glad I'm finally cutting ties with this unprofessional company and moving forward with another cardiologist.
