Dr Craig Rosen from Cardiology Associates of Morristown is absolutely the best! He is kind, concerned, focused, patient and proactive. Dr Rosen has been caring for me the past 12 years. He performed a catherization on me. I can't recommend him and the staff enough!

Once again , Dr. Rosen is as good as they come - saved my life 9 years ago and continues to monitor my health every 6 months ( sometimes sooner if an issue ). I write this as a follow up to a couple of my earlier reviews. He continues to impress me as a caring,empathic heart doc.I was prompted to write this reading a couple negative reviews. I have been to several other cardiologists over my 73 years and would say to them : I defy you to find somebody better. Doc Rosen is the best. Period , end of story.

The ironic thing is that this review is about a cardiologist, yet clearly he has no heart regarding how to treat the patients of the other doctor's in his practice. Frankly, they should be ashamed of him. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Rosen. I understand that no one enjoys working after hours, but that doesn't excuse the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced. I received a call from him outside of regular hours regarding my test results, and instead of offering reassurance or clear communication, he seemed irritated and short-tempered from the moment he got on the phone with an air of total arrogance. His tone was EXTREMELY condescending and dismissive, making me feel like I was a burden rather than a patient concerned about their heart health. I left the conversation more anxious than before, and completely disrespected. A little empathy and professionalism go a long way in healthcare--especially in cardiology, where patients are often already under stress. I hope no one else goes through the experience I had with this man especially at a time of heightened anxiety regarding my test results. If I had to grade my experience I would give it an F. Do better Mr. Rosen is all I have to say. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dr. Rosen based on this experience.

I had a 9 am appointment with Dr. Craig Rosen. I left my office and drove to the appointment. I pulled into the parking lot at 9:01 am and his office called to tell me that he has a very busy morning and needs to reschedule or I can see one of his colleagues. He does not accept patients who are "more than five minutes late." I declined to reschedule. Who needs a doctor who does not respect his patients' time. I am ill and was going to him for help. I found his behavior shocking.

I got two balloons and a stent from Dr. Rosen shortly after my 51st birthday, and everything went perfect. Dr. Rosen's credentials and experience speaks for itself. What is paramount is his unwavering confidence that you feel in his presence. That is gold when you leave your unfinished life in his hands. Dr. Rosen, Thank you! I will cherish this very thoughtful birthday gift of life for life.
