Patient
I was schedule to meet this doctor for the first time. There was a detour by my house that caused me to run slightly late for my 3pm appointment. At 3:04 I told them I was around the corner and would be there shortly. I walked in at 3:06 where there was a big sign that said cardiologist downstairs. I went downstairs and waited to be told I need to go upstairs. I signed in upstairs at 3:09. The assistant came out at 3:12 and told me that I could not be seen because I was 10 mins late. I explained I was not 10 mins late and that I went where the sign told me to go. The assistant told me I was the last appointment and the doctor had to go. I found that weird when I was offered a 3:20 appointment on the phone. I would not recommend a doctor who would turn a way a patient under these circumstances. I understanding wanting to leave work but you are dealing with people's health here and the office is open until 5pm. I am very disappointed in this place.
