Although the Doctor is great and professional. The Receptionist really needs to work on her tone over the phone. Every single human deserves kindness. If we are present there that means we already are a patient and suffering from illness that needs doctors treatment. Not a single person has to face such cruelty. Small kindness can go a long way.

Doctor Duch is a great doctor but is front office workers are very unacceptable and disrespectful over the phone . I did not appreciate the way that I was getting spoken too. I was highly upset and will be finding another doctor .

The receptionist is very rude and i was very appalled on how she was talking to me over the phone. She had such a disrespect and disgusting tone over the phone. Dr.Duch needs to do a better job during interviews and make sure his employees have better professionalism. I am highly disappointed and will be attending a different office.

Dr. Duch is an amazing doctor. Very professional and a gentleman through and through. I have to say.....don't be swayed by the negative reviews regarding the rude receptionist, even though its true...she certainly lacks manners, but appears to be very capable.

Dr. Duch is an excellent cardiologist. He is very thorough, professional, & caring. Would recommend him to any friend, relatives or coworker. Staff is courteous, & professional. Only negative is difficulty in rescheduling after canceling an appointment. Fortunately, staff will work to find an opening for you.
