Doctor Viswanath is the only cardiologist I've ever seen so my experience is limited but the appointment felt very un rushed, he took his time and addressed all of my concerns. Left both appointments I had with all my questions answered, a clear plan moving forward and a complete understanding of the goal. 10/10 doc.
Dr. Viswanath is truly an exceptional doctor. Kind, caring, patient, helpful, and personable. Took time to answer all my questions and showed me using the technology in the room of what may be happening in my heart. Great teacher! I look forward to seeing him again.
My appointment time was perfectly scheduled with no waiting. Dr. Viswanath explained tests and answered all of my questions. I have been seeing him for almost three years and I find him to be very caring. He has always been attentive to my concerns.
First, I waited approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. That is unacceptable in my opinion. No excuses and I should have been made aware prior and during. The staff could have advised me and I should not have to approach them to see whats going on. Possibly we could have rescheduled if it was addressed to me. Secondly, clearly no preparation (reading on past visits) was done prior my scheduled appointment. The suggested potential treatment he recommended seemed as an off the cuff suggestion and one based off of a 30 Second (EKG) test. I was not impressed with the service at all during this visit. Recommended changes are suggested.
I love dr Vishwanath. He explains things to me. He really cares about my whole health. Mostly me heart. It's not good. My mother has been seeing dr Vishwanath for over 20 yrs now. I trust his judgment. I don't want another heart dr so he better stick around til im no longer amongst the living. Lol. If you need a heart Dr I highly recommend Dr Vishwanath he's one of the best.
