As a patient, I arrived to my appointment on time. Upon check in, the receptionist just then decides to tell me they hadn't received my referral yet. I was shocked that she continued to say "she was waiting for me to come in to tell me I had to reschedule". The principal is the lack of professionalism and concierge. Do not recommend for specialty medicine.
