Would have given 5 stars if the front desk staff was courteous. Every appt I have taken my mom to so far (3 times-1 cardio, 2 PCP), they see me standing there waiting to be checked in and say nothing. As a person who worked with clients for over 34 years, it seems to me that the courteous action would be to acknowledge my presence and say "I'll be with you in a moment". Does not matter what you're working on, on your computer screen, the person in front of you should be acknowledged
Dr. Tekriwal is an excellent doctor. He was able to realize I needed a triple bypass. If it weren't for him I probably would not be here to write this review. He's the best.
