Rude to a 12 year old girl the lady doctor was really rude to my daughter first of all the one that made the appointment and rescheduled the appointment is the Secretary it's her job to inform us if u reschedule again we will charge a fee but no she didn't so the lady doctor comes in the room very rude to my daughter that is only 12 years old she said oh look who finally here the one who don't show up no call no show to my 12 year old daughter ok the fact that this doctor has low class in talking to a little girl like that is very unprofessional of her yes I spoke to the supervisor in the office and made a report about it I will never go to this office again

Worst doctors office experience I have had. I scheduled an appointment months ago for my son and got lost on the way to the appointment. We ran a few minutes behind due to having gotten lost on the way to the office and I called to inform them. They said they would not see us as they are seeing patients in 30 minute blocks only. Keep in mind, the office was empty and so was the parking lot. I respect their time and understand we ran behind but their way of going about it was rude, lacked empathy, and really left a poor impression. It seems like they are rushing patients in and out to see as many people as possible and are overall running an extremely poor business. Their customer service skills should be re-evaluated and they should take a better approach to managing patients. The person on the phone kept interrupting me as I tried to speak to her and really did not care about anything I had to say to her. Will not be rescheduling with them.

I brought my son to see Dr Donald Putman for the first time for a heart murmur check up and this was my best experience seeing a doctor so far! Dr. Donald Putman is friendly, charming and patient. He is so good with kids. My son is very shy and he made sure that my son felt comfortable and engaged him in learning and following the sonogram, which is very cool. He is patient and explained everything as he performed the various procedures. The clinic even has an online Patient Portal where we can retrieve our health record and medical history whenever we need to (e.g. for school documents). I wish every doctor's office has that.
