I've visited this location multiple times, and my insurance information has always been in the system without any issues. However, during my appointment this morning at 8:30 AM, I encountered an unpleasant experience. The front desk staff member sighed and groaned when I checked in, expressing clear frustration about having to look up my name in the system. If she was unable or unwilling to provide proper attitude today, it would have been more appropriate for her to call out rather than take out her frustration on patients. Her attitude was unprofessional and disappointing, especially first thing in the morning.
