DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! They gave me a referral to this "Doctor" who doesn't even have nice office entrance. He had a security door with a doorbell that no one answers. I had an appointment at 5:30 p.m. today, July 7, 2025. I arrived at 5:15 p.m, and the doorbell rang until 5:40 p.m. No one opened the door, no one answered the phone. No one showed up for my daughter's appointment. ZERO PROFESSIONALITY.

Felt funny when we went to the office, all lights were turned off. No one was in the office besides him. My daughter felt uncomfortable. I had to apologize to her after the appointment. Never went back.

Went to his location in Linden. He has no nurses and no staff it's just him. I needed copies of my daughters records for her pediatrician because they never received them from her 2 previous visits over the years and I was going to be taking her to a new cardiologist who needed them and spent over three weeks calling and when I call nobody picked up the phone except twice. I was told both times they would fax the information but her doctor never received them. I called back left several voicemails nobody calls back except once he called me back from an unknown number in a way that my phone never rang and had no missed calls it just went straight to voicemail and after the second time of getting someone on the phone after over two weeks, the lady on the phone, his receptionist, or wife or whatever told me to come in with a written request for my daughters records if her pediatrician didn't get them a certain day, which they didn't, so I showed up with a written request only for him to tell me he can't give me a copy of my daughters records he can only fax them. So they had me drive out there waste my time just to tell me I can't get a copy of my daughters records so I gave her pediatrician their phone number they called they gave them the fax number and they faxed an order of release, still never received anything. Finally, I call her new Cardiologist explain the situation to see whether I have to cancel the appointment, they give me their fax number and an email two days before her appointments supposed to happen. At this point I call him leave another voicemail threatening to file a complaint if they do not fax or email these records there by the next day and suddenly between 830 and 9 PM that night he finally faxed them. I know this because he was trying to fax them to my cell phone number and when I called her new cardiologist office the next day to see if they received them they emailed me a copy of the records and they faxed them to her pediatrician and on that coversheet was the fax number that was calling me nonstop to the point I had to block the number the night before. So, even though he was telling me he's been faxing these records, I don't believe him I believe he was withholding my daughters medical records, which is illegal, or he doesn't know how to use a fax machine. Either way I filed a complaint with her insurance. Don't mess with my child's health it's disgusting and he even had the nerve to ask when he'd be seeing her again after saying he couldn't give me a copy of her records, what a joke. I'd give zero stars if I could the only reason I went to him to begin with is because my daughter had state insurance at the time cause she wasn't covered under my jobs.

Im only leaving 1 star because it's the only way to leave a review. I normally don't like leaving reviews but this one really upset me. I had an appointment scheduled for today for 5 I left work early was stuck in traffic the right thing to do is call the office and let them know. I tried the answering service picked up and couldn't help me but insisted they were open. I arrived at the office 5:01 and nobody is there. I rang the doorbell and called nothing. Needless to say now I have to schedule another appointment because my child needs one. I will definitely not do it here where they have not customer service or care for patients. Will not recommend.

I would give him zero stars , his conversation he had at the front desk, he had no courtesy to inform us in a respectful manners regards to insurance. To him we were wasting his time ..."Everything I told you, you can repeat it to her. You can leave , I'm done, not wasting my time" How the hell can you say that to an older lady in front of my 12 yr daughter !! So rude and disgusting! Please don't bother ! Sorry for the lady that has to make his appointment.
