Dr Sophia Zeb is terrible. I had been going to her for routine visits and check ups for years. Recently I went with a concern and questions. I have never done that with her before. She seemed annoyed I was there, would not allow me to speak, and spoke over me like a robot. Every time I tried to talk she would interject and not allowing me to finish a sentence. I finally said are you going to allow me to speak? (I had stuff I wanted to ask) and she said rudely, "What?, what do you need to say?" I finally said "nothing to you. I am never going to speak to you again." I told her I can't believe how obnoxious you are being to me. I got up to walk out and when I turned back around SHE WAS MAKING A FACE BEHIND MY BACK! It is so unprofessional and ridiculous it's funny. I later got the notes for the visit where she wrote the patient seemed distressed. Ask the nurse, ask reception, I was perfectly happy and fine in the way in. So she lied in my medical record as well. She did not mention any communication concern that she caused. Obviously this is normal to
her and how she treats everyone. Don't waste your time or your copay.

I had a very good annual check up this time. The scheduling staff were extra helpful, the reception ladies did a wonderful job in helping me install My Chart , the Nurse did a thorough evaluation of me physically and mentally.This is my first time with Dr. B. Patel and find him to be professional and caring. He took time to answer all my questions about my results and meds. I just wished that all my RX's were sent to my pharmacy at the same time so I didn't have to go back the next day for the rest.

The ladies working the front office are very kind, helpful & respect ur time. I've been going to Optum Health Care for over 7 years now.
